SPRING BREAK ACTIVITIES - Lenexa Parks and Recreation is offering a wide variety of programs, classes and activities
from Mar. 12-20. Activities include St. Patrick’s Day crafts, games, roller skating, DARE movie and game night, geocaching treasure hunt,
open gym, puppet camp, Piccadilly Productions, and a family flea market.

GREAT LENEXA BBQ BATTLE, Kansas State Championship - The fun begins on Friday, June 25th as teams begin arriving with some of the most
unique smoking contraptions imaginable. They bring with them secret recipes that they hope will help aid them in winning the contest. -

PUBLIC MEETINGS - The Lenexa Parks & Rec. Advisory Board meetings are held on the 2nd Wednesday of each month, 7:00pm, Community Center.
The Lenexa Arts Council meetings are held on the 3rd Tuesday of each month, 7:00pm, City Hall.
PURCHASE SOUVENIRS - Various souvenirs from the Freedom Run, Kansas State BBQ and the Chili Challenge are available
